In this week’s episode, I am kicking off Season 4 with my friend Lisa Johnson who is a fellow adoptee!

In this conversation we are addressing transformation in our own lives while also breaking down and bringing some understanding surrounding the social constructs of belonging, raising awareness around the importance of being seen, and how confusion within one’s identity can often be expressed in miscommunication or feeling misunderstood.

While this conversation is heavy it is also full of light. We want to encourage you to be a beacon for others in your own life because it is through connection and community that we learn from each other just as much as we grow together.
