    2026/04/11

In tonight’s hour long special episode Phil and Darren discuss Night 10 of the Premier League in Brighton. A strange night with poor average stats overall, not just one player but all, with only MVG getting above 100 in any game of the night, we discuss why that may have been.. We ask has Clayton now done enough to get to finals night? Is Humphries staring a bottom 4 finish in the face already? We analyse what was possibly Littler’s worst ever performance on a big stage, especially since he burst on the scene a few years ago

We look back at the German Darts Grand Prix and a magnificent win for Nathan Aspinall and another good run for Niels Zonnerveld.

We also take a look at this weekends Players Championship 9 & 10. Will Luke Littler turn up to try and do enough to book his place at the finals in Minehead? We also discuss Littler’s change of darts.

Most importantly of all we get the latest from Freddie Argyle’s 180 x 180’s in a month. How is he doing and how much has been raised so far for the magnificent charity Rupert’s Rainbow. Please donate if you can by visiting https://gofund.me/2d9c7a76e

  • A Bit of Bully - Episode 4
    2026/04/04

This week we take a deeper than usual dive into the Premier League, looking at Gerwyn Price’s superb night win, winning at a canter in every game, taking out Luke Humphries, Stephen Bunting and Gian Van Veen along the way. We look at how Bunting was yet again very unlucky in the semi-finals when he posted a near 107 average but that yet again wasn’t enough to get a win against an on fire Iceman. We talk about the controversy surrounding the last leg decided in the Luke Littler vs Gian Van Veen match, discussing what happened and coming up with a few theories, but we never criticise on A Bit of Bully, so we let you make up your own minds. We also look ahead to this weekends traditional Easter tournament in Munich for the German Darts Grand Prix, can MVG defend his title?

Finally we have an update on Freddie Argyle’s 180 x 180’s challenge in aid of Rupert’s Rainbow Appeal. To donate, even £1 please use Freddie Argyle’s special challenge Go Fund Me https://gofund.me/2d9c7a76e

  • A Bit of Bully - Episode One
    2026/03/14

In this weeks episode Phil and Darren introduce the new podcast and themselves, not for long though. We discussed the Premier League, how Luke Littler has found himself a way from being near the bottom of the Premier League to 2nd place. We talk about Johnny Clayton and his recent success, will his success continue throughout the Premier League?

We also discuss the change in fortunes for Michael van Gerwen since the start of the season. We also touch on the fantastic game between Littler & Gezzy. We take a short look at why Josh Rock may be struggling too.

We review the events at the UK Open, including the outstanding James Wade.

We discuss Luke Humphreys and Johnny Clayton pulling out of that you’re at all this weekend. Is there a case of fatigue among some of these top players now? Are these events diminished with these top players playing out?

And of course we can’t finish without discussing the amazing Beau Greaves, who has now won 113 straight games in women’s darts. Darren and Phil discuss whether Beau Greaves could win a major in the next two years.

We hope you enjoy the very first episode and will be back for more next Saturday.
