I recently taught a 90 min masterclass on the biology of women and to be completley honest, I was not prepared for the depth of the responses that came back.

Men wrote to me saying things like:

“Holy scissors! I’ve been hit by a tsunami of information and experience.”“If only I had known this years ago…”“It will take me two years to fully absorb and practice what I learned.”

Whilst other men cried as they pondered if they would have actually separated from their partners if they had known this.

What moved me most was not just their enthusiasm, but more so it was the shift in understanding. Men began to see that women are not a problem to fix.That our hormones, nervous systems, and emotional processing are fundamentally different and oh so exquisitely designed.That a woman does not open through solutions, logic, or pressure… she opens through emotional safety, presence, and rhythm.

One man shared that for the first time he truly understood why safety is paramount for women and that from now on, he would encourage his wife to take her time instead of rushing her.Another said he finally grasped that women are not fragile or weak, but beautifully complex and immense.Many realized that what women need most is not fixing but listening, presence, and attunement instead.

One man even said, “This should be taught in big businesses.”

This masterclass is not about blame.It is about biology, compassion, and understanding and what becomes possible in relationships when men and women finally speak the same language.
