このコンテンツについて
In this episode, we chat about the importance of grinding early for a long and successful career, how she leveraged her skills to fill a space in the market, doing great work, staying mentally and emotionally healthy, and more.
Since launching her illustrious career in 2008, Amber Grimes has consistently trafficked in a lane of her own design. This personal journey comprised key positions everywhere from Def Jam and Reebok to Spotify in addition to launching her full service marketing company, Cardi Brand Agency. By 2018, she envisioned, created, and filled the role of SVP, Global Creative at Capitol Music Group—as “the youngest black female SVP in the respective label group”— and would be featured in Forbes, Variety, Billboard, and more.
She now serves as the Executive Vice President and GM of the Atlanta-based record label and management company LVRN.
