このコンテンツについて
Welcome to this guided breathwork practice🫶🏽 where we’re not just holding our breath, we’re learning how to hold life’s discomfort with more calm and trust.
The other day, I was talking to someone who told me how breath holds really help him when he’s out spearfishing - it was such an unexpected reminder that this simple practice can make us feel more steady in all kinds of situations. It got me thinking... these moments of sitting with that “I need to breathe” feeling are actually powerful training for real life, too.
When we practice staying with discomfort in our body - safely and gently - we’re teaching our nervous system that it can handle the hard stuff. It’s not about forcing or pushing. It’s about expanding the space inside you to stay steady when things feel uncomfortable.
So, take these next few minutes for yourself. Find a cozy seat or lie down. I’ll guide you through simple breath holds that help you build more inner strength, more resilience, and more trust in yourself.
✨ What you’ll recieve:
~ Learn how to stay calm when your body says, “this is hard” or "I can't"
~ Build real resilience - not just in your lungs, but in your life
~ Expand what you’re capable of holding, feeling, and moving through
~ You’re always in charge. If it ever feels like too much, just breathe.
💙 If this practice supports you, let me know in the comments and share it with someone who needs a reminder that they can handle more than they think.
