このコンテンツについて
On this guest episode, I am pleased to welcome, Bri Deemer!! Bri is on a mission of opening up heart chakras through somatic experiences. She is a retreat leader and somatic coach based out of Hawaii with 18 years of body work and reiki behind her (which is nothing short of powerful, calm, and clear). Bri has gone through a lot of change, grief, and triumphs in her 37 years of life, which has allowed her to have a depth many don't experience until their 50s. Her presence and embodiment is regularly put to practice through being a mother, free diver, and avid somatic experience seeker. Bri loves bringing this depth to you through her work, and she invites you to experience a transformation of stepping into your shameless power while having fun!
Key Takeaways:
- So much of healing is within the integration process
- Grief is meant to be shared
- Duality of grief and love
- Stop trying to fix the moment by wanting to make people "feel better" when they're grieving, just let them grieve
- The importance of respecting people's threshold of discomfort
- When people are the abuser or the victim, both are having an internal war over self-worth
- People can become abusers when they aren't given the tools to process trauma
- Grief must be felt to break cycles
- When we are healing, we are witnessing our wounds, which allows us to transmute and release
