Today I had the joy of welcoming Alica Panzer to The Pod! Born and raised in Germany and now living her dream life in Hawaii, Alica has one of the coolest jobs in the world - being a Tour Guide! She spends a few months of her year hosting groups in destinations worldwide.

Not only has Alica gotten to visit some pretty spectacular places, but she's developed a lot of expansive perspectives and outlooks on life along the way.

We talked about the role travel plays in her life, what sorts of qualities someone could possess to best align with the job of tour guiding, how to break through fear and limiting beliefs when it comes to taking your first international trip, and so much more!

Alica gives us some very honest insight into the beauties and realities of the tour-guiding experience, as well as shares some of her other passions which include podcasting, life coaching, and helping women cultivate more happiness on their own journeys.
