Have you ever woken up cranky because you haven’t slept well? Or struggled to fall asleep at night, because you’re stressed out? Have you ever felt irritable and exhausted, and you just want to stay in bed because you’re depressed? You are not alone and have lots of company. Sixty-five to ninety percent of people experiencing depression can suffer sleep disturbance, according to research published through the National Institute of Health. It is possible to build habits of promoting better sleep, however. If you’re searching for better methods of prepping for sleep time, tune into this week’s episode.
