概要
This week on Hits Different, we're talking about the Amazins' amazing 12-game losing streak, their longest since 2002. On Wednesday night, the streak finally ended, but at what cost? Francisco Lindor is now in a walking boot due to a calf strain so severe that he refuses to even look at the imaging. He hasn't looked down at his leg at all, actually. He doesn't want to know!!!
How are you feeling about the Mets? It's sort of a weird time, because of course we all saw a Baty Bomb (not discussed in this episode) on Thursday night, but we also saw Craig Kimbrel. We saw the streak end, but it was with two narrow victories over a team that (with respect) has no aspirations to accomplish anything this year. We saw Francisco Lindor wince and we screamed.
The one thing we are sure about is that the Minnesota-themed Hot Dish egg roll was GREAT. Two thumbs up. Ellen's most enthusiastic review so far (out of the two she has done).
The one other thing we're sure about is LET'S GO METS.

Let's go Mets!!!
