Guilt keeps us small. It keeps us hiding in old versions of ourselves instead of expanding into who we’re meant to be.
In this episode, I’m sharing how to stop feeling guilty and start giving yourself permission to live fully. We’ll talk about where guilt shows up (productivity, mom guilt, putting yourself first, etc), how to release it through forgiveness, and why you need to hand yourself a permission slip for the things you really want.
I’m also sharing my own story about building a new community and the guilt and permission work I had to do to get out of my own way.
