The showdown between Life is Good and Knicks Go might not have lived up to the hopes of Affirmed and Alydar, but it did give us a dazzling display as Life is Good jumped to the early lead and put away the field with ease as Irad Ortiz Jr. spent the last four strides prior to crossing the finish line stroke the mane of the winning horse.
