Using her Spanish onion analogy, Vic explains that while personality sits at your core, it's everything layered around it, your values, upbringing, beliefs, boundaries and life experiences, that truly drive your reactions and interactions.

Drawing on her own experience as a high "yellow" personality, Vic shares how traits like being outgoing and energetic can easily tip into interrupting, overtalking or taking over if left unchecked, highlighting that self-awareness is key. This episode challenges the idea of "that's just how I am" and replaces it with a more powerful question, what impact am I having?
