Procrastination is not lack of motivation, it is the fear of not being enough. How many times have you felt like you should, or wanted to make a change, but then, months later, haven't even started yet? Don't worry, you are not alone! I was so sure that there was something wrong with me, or that I was just not cut out to do big exciting things, but then I learned this truth! Once I realized what the issue was, I was able to work through the solution. In this episode, I walk you through the GRACE model to overcome the fear associated with procrastination. Once you understand the framework, you will never be stuck again. At least not forever, you will have the tools to get yourself out over and over again. You will have the resources you need to create new neuro pathways in your brain, so that instead of defaulting to fear and lack, you will default to faith and abundance.
