Emzarios "Shako" Bentinidis is a Georgian wrestling coach, former European Champion, and three-time Olympian who serves as the head men's freestyle coach for the Indian national wrestling team. He is widely recognized for his highly successful past partnership guiding Indian star Bajrang Punia to multiple World Championship medals and a bronze at the Tokyo Olympics. Recently reappointed by the Wrestling Federation of India to lead the national squad toward the 2026 Asian Games and 2028 Olympics, Shako is highly regarded for his technical expertise and individualized approach to developing elite wrestling talent.
