WEDNESDAY — Midweek Micro-Connection Combat the midweek slump by reaching out to one person you care about. A quick text or voice note is enough to reconnect and reset.
THURSDAY — The Three-Task Reset Narrow your focus. Identify the three tasks that matter most this week and knock out just one today. Hello, momentum.
FRIDAY — Celebrate One Win End your week with intention. Take a few minutes to recognize one thing—big or small that you’re proud of. Progress counts, always.
