Today, I want to talk about a part of the year that is often overlooked, yet can make such a difference to how we feel when December arrives.

Around this time, it is easy to stop steering. January’s excitement has faded, life has become full, and the dreams and goals that once felt so clear can slip beneath the everyday things that shout the loudest. We quietly tell ourselves that we will start again in the new year.

But the final 90 days are not leftovers. They are a whole season of your life, and there is still time to finish something meaningful, build a habit, have a brave conversation or make genuine progress on a dream you care about.

Listen in, take a quiet moment with your journal, and give yourself the chance to design a finish that feels true to you.

There is still plenty of road left, and how this year ends is still yours to shape.
