Welcome to Simple(ish) Fitness!
Do you always need willpower? Or is it okay to go with the flow? Referring to your health and fitness with these questions of course. This is a very relatable struggle that we all deal with: trying to figure out if you have to "push through" when you don’t want to, or how much it will hurt your efforts if you simply go with the flow.
And the answer is, well, I'll let you listen to the show to find the answer, but I’ll tell you that it’s something everyone has to think through and evaluate for themselves.
