He is the founder of the Center for Community Transformation, and the Pink House, and as a seminary professor trained leaders for urban ministry. He's the author of many books and articles and has just published a new novel, Consummation. He and his family continue to live and serve in urban neighborhoods seeking the shalom of their neighbors and watching God at work.
