概要
Ministry isn’t just “church work.” It’s how you love, lead, serve, and show up—at home, at work, and in your community. But when ministry starts to feel heavy, exhausting, or isolating, it’s a signal that something needs to shift.
In this episode, Josh and Corina share what they learned after years of juggling work, family life, and full-time volunteer ministry—and the 3 habits that help you stay encouraged and minister from a healthy place (Jesus’ “easy yoke” and “light burden”).
The 3 Habits1) Minister with God, not for God
Stop striving for approval. You’re a son/daughter and friend of God—so ministry becomes partnership, not performance.
Key verses: John 15:15, Romans 8:15
2) Rely on the Holy Spirit
You can’t pour from an empty bucket. Prioritize being filled—daily connection with God, worship, and truth that strengthens your soul.
Key verse: Colossians 3:23–24
3) Surround yourself with encouraging people
Isolation fuels burnout. Healthy community helps you name lies, receive support, and stay rooted in truth when ministry feels hard.
You’ve already been approved. God isn’t asking you to grind—He’s inviting you to stay connected, filled, and supported.
