Prior to starting her own consulting business, she spent nearly two decades working in academia and nonprofits. Beth has held leadership positions in a variety of organizations, including Rowan University where she was the Executive Director of Integrative Arts, and the City University of New York’s Harmony Program where she was the Director of Education.
