In August 2022 Sarah had a stroke whilst at work, in the months that followed Sarah had to learn to walk again. When asked what her goals were she replied to run, cycle and row again. Sarahs story is one of determination and in 2026 she completed her first ever triathlon, a testament to the work she put in. Sarah now works as a physio on a stroke ward and devotes her time to giving back to those in a similar position.
