In this week’s episode, we look at a form of bullying which up to 14million of you are suffering from in the UK, as we speak. That form of bullying is called Sabotage Bullying.

Sabotage bullying behaviour is some of the most damaging bullying at work because it is quieter and harder to spot, so we take you through what this type of bullying might look like, and what sabotage bullies are likely to do to undermine you at work.
