Today, continuing my mini-series on the Church Calendar, I want to talk about one of the most overlooked feast days in the entire Christian year: the Feast of the Ascension of our Lord. This is because, for many Christians, the liturgical year revolves around Christmas, Good Friday, Easter, and perhaps Pentecost if you are lucky. Yet Ascension Day often passes almost unnoticed.
