Have you ever wondered why, even when the situation is over, your mind still feels like it’s trying to protect you? Why can certain words, situations, or memories bring back fear, anxiety, or feelings of insecurity? Are the thoughts you’re carrying from your pain keeping you trapped, or are they bringing you closer to God?
In today's episode, we are going to untangle these three pieces because they’re often connected, yet They’re not the same. Understanding the difference can bring clarity, remove shame, and help you recognize what kind of healing God may be inviting you into. My prayer is that by the end of this episode, you’ll have a better understanding of what you’ve been experiencing and, more importantly, hope that healing is possible with our Heavenly Father.
I want to be clear that I’m not a mental health professional, and I’m not here to diagnose anyone. I’m simply sharing my own journey of healing and what I’ve learned through scripture, prayer, and my personal experience. If you’ve experienced trauma or think you may have PTSD, I strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional healthcare. My hope is simply to point you toward the healing and hope I’ve found in Christ Jesus.”
