 Hi fellow co-creators! Dropping in with 'stay harmonized' episode. A grounding + orientating episode. One meant to help us move through this intense threshold time without losing ourselves, our links to each other, and to what is real — without burning out, numbing out, spinning in place, or letting our energy get hijacked and wasted. We are in a great turning, that includes lots of resistance and dark as well as rising up and light. We can feel it - in the world, in our work, in our own lives, minds, hearts, bodies and spirits…. and it's a lot! This turn is not going to be a light switch ... it's more like riding up a mountain pass, with rest stations needed along the way. Each of us going through our own liberation and elevation that is a micro of the macro elevation humanity is moving through together. I'm on the ride with all of you - I've just been out and about, and internally gathering insight the last two months... and now ready to sharing the map I've been living myself — that I think may serve you too. The map: Release to Receive. Root In to Relax. Rebel to Reveal. We will use this as a frame to explore: Returning Patterns: the merry-go-round and the upward evolving spiral, how to tell which one you're onRelease to Receive: getting honest about what we can no longer carry so we can open to what's truly trying to come inRoot In to Relax: rooting like trees into the rhythms + practices + and relationships that keep us sustainedRebel to Reveal: tuning into our "Sacred Rebel Hearts" for guidance + courage to do things differently and embrace our power to make shift happen in simple yet significant ways - for ourselves (me) and our part to play (we). 💬 On repeating patterns: "When we find ourselves saying 'I can't believe I'm back here again,' it doesn't always mean we've failed. Often it means we're meeting the same pattern at a higher turn of the spiral." Wisdom to Listen for : Real breakthrough happens when we bring the mystical into the material — this gives us power to see what we are blind to and see where we have the power to do things differently and influence the ecosystems we live and swim in.If we knew we were all in a great turning how would that help us be present to what is without absorbing the energy that pulls us out of focus?
