In this episode, Haley shares her experience with quitting the birth control pill and working with a naturopathic doctor. Please note that this is Haley's experience and things she has learned along the way. Information in this episode is not health advice, please consult with a medical professional as needed. The journey begins when Haley decides to quit taking birth control pills with the support of her doctor. Several factors lead to this decision. By talking with friends, Haley decided to find a naturopathic doctor to discuss concerns, mostly around hormone health. These were some of the best decisions Haley made for her body and mental well-being. Haley shares her struggles with anxiety and reminds you that you are not alone if you need help and/or support. There is always someone out there to help you, whether it be family, friends, or professionals. Tune in for the hormone scoop and where Haley currently is - in the journey today.
