Bowel disease is becoming more and more common - in fact, in the 1950s, 1 in every 6667 Americans had bowel disease. Today, it's 1 in 2016. And experts are predicting that by 2045, that number will be 1 in 100.

This is an epidemic - and we have lots of medications to treat the symptoms - by why aren't we asking the real question: Why is bowel disease exploding and how can we prevent it?
