このコンテンツについて
If you spend a lot of time in your head — replaying conversations, overthinking food choices, or worrying about how you look — this episode is for you.
In today’s episode, I’ll take you on a guided walk.
It’s not a mindset lesson or another thing to get right.
It’s a simple, practical walk designed to help you reconnect with your body.
You’ll be invited to:
- Notice what you see, hear, and feel around you
- Tune in to how your body moves and responds
- Let your breath lead rather than your thoughts
- Feel the ground under your feet and come back to the present moment
This is a short, real-world practice you can return to any time you feel disconnected or anxious.
All you need is a pair of shoes and 10 minutes outside (or even inside if that’s what’s available).
If your body feels like the enemy or your head never switches off, this walk will help you find a sense of calm and connection again.
