Have you ever been grateful for your life—until you looked at someone else's?

Comparison has a way of making what was enough five minutes ago suddenly feel inadequate. We start focusing on what someone else has, questioning our own progress, and sometimes even questioning God's goodness towards us.

In this episode of Unashamed At Last, we're talking about what biblical contentment really means and why it doesn't mean giving up on your desires, dreams, or prayers.

Contentment is being able to desire more without despising what God has already given you.

You'll discover three biblical shifts to help you stop looking sideways, recognise God's goodness in your own journey, and celebrate other people's blessings without allowing comparison to steal your peace.

We'll also look at Elizabeth and the Shunammite woman—two biblical women who show us that contentment and desire can coexist and a simple exercise to help you hold desire and gratitude at the same time.

And remember sis…

What you're still waiting for doesn't have to rob you of the joy of what you already have.

You can dream.

You can pray.

You can believe God for more.

And you can still have peace now.
