In the last episode, I shared some strategies for how to create better conditions in our lives to allow for more focus, more uninterrupted meaningful work, and have more space for rest.

We’re going to dive into some frustrating patterns in feminine-masculine dynamics around the topics of focus, having enough time for what we want to do, being recognized for our strengths and contributions, and plain old getting things done.
