Erica holds a Master's degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and a Certified Health Coach credential from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with additional training in NLP and sound healing. Before launching her coaching practice, she spent over 10 years in public health and healthcare, working across global HIV/AIDS initiatives and food tech.
