概要
Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that words simply wouldn’t come—and all you could do was cry? 😢
Hi Neighbor,
In today’s bite-sized episode, I share a simple but powerful reminder for those moments when grief, exhaustion, or fear leave you without words. Sometimes the deepest prayers we offer are not spoken at all—they fall quietly as tears. 🙏
The inspiration for this episode began with an image of a piece of paper that began with the words “Dear Lord,” ended with “Amen,” and in between were only tear stains. No words. Just tears! 💧
It reminded me that when life overwhelms us, God still understands what our hearts are trying to say. ❤️
Drawing from Psalm 56:8, this episode offers a gentle exercise using the word TEARS to help process overwhelming emotions and remember that God sees every sorrow we carry. 📖
If your happily-ever-after has felt more like survival than joy… if your home feels unsafe… if you’re constantly second-guessing yourself—this episode is meant to remind you that even in your hardest moments, God sees you and your tears are not wasted. 🤍
In this episode, you’ll hear:
🌿 How tears can become prayers when words fail 📝 A simple reflection exercise using the acronym TEARS 📖 The comforting truth found in Psalm 56:8 🤍 God sees, remembers, and cares about every sorrow you carry
Even when your only prayer is tears, God hears you. 🙏
You are not alone in this journey. 🤝
Anchors of Hope and Healing are on the way.
Your Neighbor, Tim
