What stuck out to me from this retreat:
- Fear is so sneaky! We are often doing things that keep us stuck and small. Sometimes taking a moment to pause with a group of people like this can be just the shift we need to see it!
- I don't need to know how it's going to work out (anything)- I keep relaxing into trusting and surrendering. It works out the way its supposed to for everyone
- We have to back up our energetic boundaries with words and actions. This is what the Universe will respond to. "It's only a boundary if it can withstand pressure." - Kai Bertrand
