概要
About the show:
Hi! We are Nancy and Sarah, two sisters who love to chat, and we’re so excited to introduce our new podcast "What Do You Wanna Talk About?” - a casual conversation show where we catch up on what’s new in our lives and discuss anything and everything from personal growth to parenting to pop culture. At the end of each episode, we close with a “Beautiful Things” segment, where we each share something that brought us joy, hope, or inspiration. Because we can all use more of that in our lives, right? We’re excited to have you join us! Grab a coffee, pull up a chair, and let’s get talking.

What Do You Wanna Talk About? Episode 01 - Our 2026 Intentions
Hi! In this episode, the discussion focuses on setting intentions for 2026, reflecting first on 2025 - the routines they got stuck in and the work/life/parenting balances they struggled with. For 2026, they discuss what they want to change in their lives - Nancy wants to address people-pleasing by becoming more authentic and practicing honest conversations, while Sarah aims to be more organized and responsive—to improve overall adulting—and to focus on overall health and wellness. They talk about reframing exercise toward strength and endurance, the pressure of social media parenting ideals, and the importance of being present in the lives they already have instead of waiting for the ideal life to arrive to find happiness. In each episode, they end with a “Beautiful Things” segment where they share something beautiful that brought them joy. This week, Nancy shares a passage from Matt Haig’s "The Comfort Book" about innate human worth from birth, and Sarah shares the quote she heard on National Public Radio, "You can’t pour from an empty cup," reinforcing the power and importance of self-care.
