The last two years have allowed us to learn a lot about ourselves and others - and what we expect from ourselves and others when we need support and love. Today, we talk about friendships. Friendships have sure had their ups and down's during COVID. You may have gained some, but today I want to share an experience of losing one and the pain it can cause initially, but the growth it can give you too.
