Andy Allen is a Martial Arts Instructor and the Head Instructor of Bedford West Shotokan Karate. He is a 7th Dan in Shotokan with more than 30 years of experience and was also the Gold medalist in kata for the senior division during the 2016 ISKF World Championships.
