On the cocktail side of things, today Matthew is drinking Jitters while Ben is drinking a Hoboken Sour. Recipes below.
Jitters- 3 oz White Rum (Planteray 3 Stars)
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz White Crème de cacao
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Shake everything with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Hoboken Sour
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Red Wine
- Add bourbon, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rock glass over fresh ice. Carefully
