Yeshe travels to Texas, known for its big ranches and big steaks. But he meets a brother and sister who think deeply about this, with Leo deciding to eat meat, and Penelope deciding to become vegan. They both care a lot about animals and believe in making ethical and sustainable decisions about what we eat. So Yeshe sits down with both of them in this episode, and as you’ll hear, learns plentyas he goes.
Leo goes first. He’s 10, like Yeshe. Then 15 year old Penelope enters the room after ten minutes or so.
