概要
What if Nature isn’t separate from us, but something we can be in dialogue with?
In this episode, I speak with Dr. Saskia von Diest — founder of Ecofluency, PhD holder, consultant and Nature communication educator — about relearning an ancient human capacity: communicating with the more-than-human world.
We explore Nature communication as a practice of deep listening rooted in intuition, presence and sensory awareness — and why communicating with plants, animals and landscapes may be far more natural than we’ve been taught.
We also talk about ecological healing, land intelligence, belonging, humility, embodiment and expanded ways of perceiving reality. Saskia shares how this work can support both personal transformation and our relationship with living systems.
Again and again, this conversation returns to one remembering: we are not separate from Nature.
This episode is less about adopting a belief — and more about what becomes possible when we begin listening differently.
