In this solo episode, I share why giving up on resolutions is rarely a personal failure. It is often a sign the approach never fit your life in the first place. You will learn a calmer, more supportive way to plan health changes for 2026 – one that works with your capacity, your nervous system, and the season you are in.


Because health is not built in January. It is built in ordinary weeks, in real life, with compassion and consistency.
