In todays episode, forwarning, you may get a wee bit uncomfortable. But no worries because me tooo!! There's a fine line between discipline, compulsion, and idolatry and today we're gonna start getting to the bottom of it concerning our fitness.
I have gotten this question before about wondering if they were starting to make their body and fitness an idol. It's a slippery slope and sometimes we rarely do this intentionally, but it does happen. You're human, I'm human, just because something is gooood for us doesn't mean we won't accidentally become too compulsive or prioritize that good thing before the Lord.
