In this episode, I share my experience traveling to St. Louis for the public launch of Andy Frisella’s new AI business, The Operator Standard, and the unexpected lesson I took away from the weekend.
While the event itself was centered around personal excellence, daily standards, and using AI to help people move toward their goals, the biggest impact came from the people I met along the way.
From connecting with two strangers at the airport, to working out, sharing meals, and attending the event together, I was reminded how powerful it is to put yourself in rooms with people who are also trying to grow.
This conversation is about why community is not just helpful, it is necessary. Life will always have ups and downs, but when you surround yourself with people on a similar mission, it becomes easier to stay accountable, motivated, and consistent.
Because the right community does not just support your goals.
It helps you hold the standard.
