概要
In this episode, I talk about why health cannot be approached like a short term challenge or a quick fix. So many people go all in for a few weeks, fall off, then spend years stuck in that cycle wondering why nothing changes. The truth is, health is an infinite game. The goal is not just to lose weight for a moment, it is to have energy, move well, stay independent, and enjoy your life as you age. I break down why focusing on the next 24 hours, instead of getting overwhelmed by the big picture, can change everything. This is about finding your daily non negotiables, staying in control of what you can control, and letting small actions compound over time.
If you feel like you are doing many of the right things and still not seeing progress, there may be deeper reasons why. Sometimes it is not about needing more discipline, but about understanding what stressors, imbalances, or blind spots are keeping you stuck. If you want help figuring out what might be going on and what steps make the most sense for you, you can book a call with me here:
