For our first "guest episode" we have Miyazawa-san with us. He is a good friend of ours and a coffee fanatic. Everything from the beans and how they are grown to the aesthetics of where they are served! We had an amazing and shockingly long chat with him about everything coffee; the best coffee varieties(mhmhmh *Ethiopia*) to start, how to enjoy coffee, and also what about adding sugar!!!
This episode is almost entirely in Japanese so it might be a bit difficult to follow at times but I assure you if you could get through you'll learn something new!
