A year later, I chose to try again. This time, something had shifted. I began to see myself differently, show up differently, and experience the growth I had been praying for.

Just like a fish continues to grow when it's placed in a larger tank, we grow when we place ourselves in new environments, healthy communities, mentorship, and spaces that challenge us to become more than we've been.

Growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens when we are willing to stretch.
