He was trapped by a rock while climbing in Blue John Canyon, and was forced to break, and amputate his own arm in order to escape. He was found a few hours later by a rescue helicopter, allowing him to survive, despite being stranded for six days, and losing 25% of his blood. Aron talks to our hosts about how he found the authority within himself to do what he did, and how he has been able to continue a life of adventure, and inspire others to find their own courage within themselves.
