What happens when the crisis is over… but your heart still isn't healed?

Many of us know how to survive difficult seasons. We push through divorce, betrayal, church hurt, addiction, health challenges, family dysfunction, grief, and loss. We rebuild our lives, keep moving forward, and convince ourselves we're doing fine.

But what if surviving the crisis was never the finish line?
