このコンテンツについて
This episode is an honest conversation about hormones, perimenopause, and the real changes many of us begin feeling in our thirties. I share my personal story with shifting cycles, heavier periods, stronger cramps, hair thinning, and the emotional impact these changes can bring. I also talk about how I explain periods and hormones to my sons and why these conversations matter for future generations.
I am not a medical expert. I am simply sharing what I have learned, what I am experiencing, and the questions so many of you have asked me to talk about. If your cycle has been unpredictable or you have felt “off” lately, I hope this episode helps you feel understood and less alone.
Send me a message or call the hotline to share your story or ask a question. I read every single message.
New episodes every Sunday and Wednesday.
Keep your light burning from Ash to Dusk.
