概要
In this episode, I share my personal journey of overcoming daily panic attacks by making one major change: quitting social media. Three to four years ago, I was experiencing 8-10 panic attacks a day, struggling to think clearly, and feeling completely out of control. I realized that doom scrolling was consuming 4-5 hours of my day and filling my mind with content I couldn't control.
I made the decision to delete all my social media profiles and start the process of renewing my mind according to biblical principles. The transformation was immediate and profound.
To get out of panic mode, you must take inventory of what you're consuming mentally and align your thoughts with God's Word.
The key Scripture for today's episode is Philippians 4:8, which comes right after the passage about being free from anxiety through prayer. It instructs us to think about whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.
Listen, sis, this isn't a one-time fix; it's a daily lifestyle choice to continually renew your mind and maintain your peace and joy. Commit to this moment, quit doomscrolling, and start Bible scrolling instead!
