A foundation isn't a feeling. It's not something you psych yourself up into on a Monday and lose by Wednesday. A foundation is what's still standing when nobody's watching and nothing's going right.

"how do I get my life back on track after summer"

"how to reset before fall spiritually"

"why do I feel so unstable right now"

"how to find your values as a Christian woman"

"what does it mean to build your life on Christ"

"how to align my life with my values"

Ready to get clear on your top values? Book a one-hour Survival Mode Breakthrough coaching session — this month only $47.

Here's where I think this gets practical for us: your foundation shows up in your values — what you actually prioritize when nobody's grading you on it. Not what you'd say if I asked you at church. What you'd say if I asked you at 9pm on a Tuesday when the dishes aren't done and everybody needs something from you.

So let me ask you what I ask every woman I coach: If faith is one of your top values — where does it actually show up in your week? Not 'I believe in God.' I mean, where does it live? Is it five minutes with your coffee before the house wakes up? Is it in the car on the way to work? Or has it quietly slipped to 'whenever I have time' — which, if we're honest, is code for never?

That's not a guilt trip, friend. That's just clarity. And 1 Corinthians 3:11 tells us — 'For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.' Everything else — your health goals, your parenting, your work, your peace — it's all just built on top of whatever foundation is already there. If Christ isn't underneath it, it's sand. Might hold for a while. Won't hold forever.

So as we move into fall — new routines, new pace, new pressure — I want you to do one thing this week. Not overhaul your life. Just get honest. Name your top value. Then ask yourself: on a scale of one to ten, how aligned is my actual life with that value right now? You might be surprised by the gap. And that gap? That's not failure. That's just information. That's where the real work starts.
